    Response to Intervention (RtI)

What is RtI?
Response to Intervention (RtI) is a multi-tiered approach used for the early identification of students at risk for academic failure. This approach allows the opportunity to plan appropriate intervention and learning experiences for students before they fail. The students' progress is closely monitored at each stage of intervention to determine the need for further research-based instruction and/or intervention.
