IMPORTANT INFORMATON

In preparation for the 2010-2011 school year, please note that the following items are not permitted in school with elementary students:

Cell phones
Electronic devices with photo capabilities|
Silly Bands – any other type of elastic bands

Families will be contacted by school staff and asked to come to the school to retrieve these items if they are brought to school by students. Your continued support and cooperation with these guidelines is very much appreciated and most helpful in creating a safe and healthy learning environment for our students.

School hours for BES students are 8:40 AM – 3:15 PM
Drop off time for students brought to school from home – 8:40 AM
Buses unload at BES- 8:40 AM
Pick up time for students not riding the bus home (parents must come into the building to sign-out their child in the Main Office) - 3:00 PM
Buses are called beginning at 3:05 PM
Please call the Main Office at BES if you have any questions or concerns.

Kindergarten Parent Information

STUDENT ABSENCES

When your child is absent from school, please be sure to call the Main Office (658-2127), to report their absence on a daily basis.

PROPER DRESS FOR OUTDOOR RECESS

Please be sure your children are coming to school prepared for the outdoors. We do try to go outdoors at recess time every day if at all possible. Children should be coming to school with a warm coat, hats, gloves, snow pants and boots when necessary.
