JOBBS SURVEY
(Joint
Opportunities between Businesses and Berlin Schools)
Retired BCSD
Teachers Jan Newport and Sharon Klein began the JOBBS program back
in 1997-1998. The goals of the program are to heighten awareness of
School-to-Work efforts and to provide a means for implementing the
NYS CDOS learning standards (Career Development and Occupational
Studies) as part of the K-12 instructional program.
Over the
years, each school, grade level, and subject area has implemented
the JOBBS Program in a variety of ways. At this time, the JOBBS
Committee is discussing the future of the program and is asking for
your input.
