Fundraiser News Items The
PTO would like to put a summary of the meeting on the district website. You would access this by going to our
website (www.berlincentral.org) then
to schools, then to Grafton Elementary and finally to the PTO. That information will be available to
all. If you do not have computer
access you may call the school and the information will be copied and sent
home for you. Playground Committee There have been a couple of meetings on the playground
with discussions of fundraising and how to improve the safety of the areas
under our equipment. The next
meeting will be on October 23 at 7:00 following the 2/3 math night. Fundraisers There are currently three fundraisers for Yankee Candles,
Cheesecakes and Cookie Dough.
Your child/children should have brought the forms home. Classroom Support The PTO offered to purchase a Halloween Students will not dress in costumes. They will paint their pumpkins from
the trip to Goold’s Orchard. Snacks will be served in the cafeteria
with an emphasis this year on healthy snacks. Halloween Party The Grafton Youth Commission and the PTO will co-sponsor a
party on Saturday, October 27 from 1:00-3:00 here at school. There will be a costume parade and
prizes. Rollerskating The first date is set for November 9. Skating is free for all students. Kindergarteners must be accompanied by
an adult. Pizza will be
served. The event is from
3:00-5:00. |
