Open the door and see

See the world on the other side

The world of people, places, creatures and things unknown

The world where you want to be

The world where dragons are reality not myth or fantasy

A world in which magic is an everyday thing

In this world you can’t tell commoner from royalty

Or royalty from street thief.

In this world everyone has magical abilities

And the most common of these abilities is the ability to heal

To heal the mind, body, or soul

This is a world where everyone has more friends than foes

And Pegasus and Unicorns are like deer grazing in the fields.

And for one night you go to that perfect world

But as you wake up you realize the imperfection of this world

Is actually what makes it perfect.

So you decide you’d rather be here than there

You’d rather be here with the stormy skies and the baby crying

Than there with the sun shining and the baby asleep in her crib.
