This course is the first part of comprehensive broad-based introduction of the study of technology.  The course will include studies in the following areas: Resources, Systems, Problem Solving, Technological Processes, Societal/Environmental Impacts, and a perspective on its History and Future.  All this will be presented in the engineering study, designing, building, and testing of model bridges.  The student will also be introduced to basic Micro-Computer Drafting techniques.
